Owner and Administrator

Stephanie L. Dolan Ms. Dolan is a Registered Nurse specializing in
working with young children with health care and developmental needs. In
addition to having worked as a nurse and administrator in family
practice, she has experience in newborn nursery and neonatal intensive
care nursery hospital settings. Mrs. Dolan graduated locally with her
Nursing degree from Marymount University in 1984 and resides with her
husband and two children in Ashburn. She has been the full-time
Administrator and Registered Nurse for Ashburn Village Country Day
School since 1997, and is responsible for overseeing the daily
operations as well as the implementation of specialized health
trainings.

Jenny Shipman Ms. Shipman was born and raised in Rutland, Massachusetts, a small town 90 miles west of Boston. After graduating from Immaculata University in Pennsylvania in 2001, with a Bachelor's of Music in Music Therapy, she returned home to Rutland, MA to work for The Devereux Foundation as their Recreation Director. After 3 years there, Ms. Shipman began working for The May Institute as an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist. Here, she specialized working with children with Autism, Asperger's, and brain injuries. She later moved to Virginia in January of 2006, where she taught for Fairfax County Public Schools as a Special Education Teacher for over 3 years. She is also currently halfway through completing her Master's degree in Education. Ms. Shipman has a 7 year old stepson,
and she and her husband are expecting their first baby in April 2010. She currently resides in Ashburn.

Ginessa Shively.
Ms. Shively began her career in child care immediately after graduating from high school in 1997. She worked for a child care center in Ohio until she graduated from college. She graduated from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She taught Elementary and Middle school in Ohio for the following five years and currently holds an Ohio teaching license. She is First Aid and CPR certified and received her certificate in Medication Administration Training. Ginessa moved to Virginia in November of 2006 with her husband. She resides in Leesburg with her husband and two children. She has been employed by Ashburn Village Country Day School as the Assistant Director since May 2007.

Janice Park.
Ms. Park was born and raised in Great Falls, VA. She graduated locally from George Mason University in 2006 with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in History and English. She began working in early childhood education during college and has taught infants through 4 year olds. She was recently an ESL teacher for adults in Washington, D.C. Ms. Park has experience in teaching, leadership development, program management, business compliance, finance, and political campaign management. In 2007, she founded an annual high school leadership program for a local non-profit that focuses on the development of our next generation of leaders in our community. Ms. Park currently resides in Sterling, VA.
